How to request deletion of personal information held by Lion Cash Buyers.

You may ask Lion Cash Buyers to delete personal information associated with your website inquiry, communications, or interaction with our Facebook or Instagram advertising. There is no fee to submit a request.
How to Submit a Request
- Email jordanheath@lioncashbuyers.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
- Include your name and the phone number or email address you used when contacting us. If applicable, include the property address connected to your inquiry.
- If your request concerns information connected with Facebook or Instagram, say so in your message so we can identify the relevant records.
What Happens Next
We may ask for limited information to verify your identity and locate the correct records. Once verified, we will delete or de-identify the personal information covered by your request and, when applicable, instruct service providers that process it for us to do the same.
We will confirm completion or explain any information we must retain. Certain records may be kept when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or completed-transaction obligations. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
