Lion Cash Buyers is a real estate acquisition service operated by Central Media Company, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), serving property owners in the Raleigh–Durham, North Carolina area. We buy homes directly from owners for cash. This Policy applies to our website and the property-submission form hosted on it.

When you fill out our form or contact us, we collect the information you submit, which may include your name, phone number, email address, property address, and details about the property and your reasons and timeline for selling.

b. Information collected automatically

When you visit our site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 3), including:

• Device and browser information (device type, browser, operating system, screen size)
• Approximate location derived from your IP address (city and region only — never precise GPS location)
• How you reached our site (referring website, and marketing campaign parameters such as UTM tags)
• How you interact with our site and form — pages viewed, fields you start and complete, where you stop, buttons you click, and time spent
• A first-party identifier stored in your browser so we can measure repeat visits and completion rates

c. Information from third parties

We may receive limited information from advertising and analytics providers (such as Meta) about how our ads perform, and from public records or data-verification services to confirm property details for owners who submit our form.

3. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We and our partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for the purposes below. By using our site you consent to these technologies as described; you can control them as explained in Section 8.

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" signal. Where required by law, we honor the Global Privacy Control as an opt-out of advertising-related sharing.

4. How We Use Your Information

• To prepare and deliver your cash offer estimate and follow up about your property
• To contact you by phone, text, and email about your inquiry and any resulting transaction (see Section 5)
• To operate, measure, secure, and improve our website and form
• To measure and improve our advertising and understand which channels bring us inquiries
• To comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service

5. Communications: Calls, Texts & Email

If you provide your phone number and check the consent box on our form, you agree that we may contact you by phone call and text message — including autodialed, automated, and prerecorded messages, and including for marketing purposes — at that number. Consent to marketing calls or texts is not a condition of any purchase or service, and you can give us your information without it.

This consent is obtained through your affirmative opt-in on the form, not merely by browsing the site. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask to stop calls or emails at any time by contacting us. Full details are in our SMS & Communications Consent Policy.

We may also send you email about your inquiry and, if you submitted your information, occasional follow-up email. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

6. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to run our business:

• Service providers that operate our tools on our behalf — website hosting, form processing and automation, our texting/calling provider (Twilio), our email provider (Google), and our data/CRM systems.
• Advertising and analytics partners such as Meta, which receive website-activity data through the Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure and optimize our ads. This includes contact identifiers you give us — such as your email address and phone number — which are converted into an irreversible scrambled code (a “hash”) before they are sent, so the platform can tell whether an ad led to your inquiry without receiving your details in readable form. Under some state laws this may be considered "sharing" for targeted advertising; see Section 8 for how to opt out.
• Real estate transaction parties — if you move forward with selling, the parties needed to close the transaction (e.g., title company, attorney, and any assignee buyer).
• Legal and safety — when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

7. Advertising & Analytics Partners

We advertise on platforms including Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google. These platforms use cookies and pixels on our site to measure ad performance and to help show relevant ads. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies. You can learn about and control Meta's ad settings in your Facebook/Instagram account settings, and Google's at adssettings.google.com.

8. Your Choices & Privacy Rights

• Cookies: You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some site features may not work without essential cookies.
• Advertising opt-out: Use your browser's Global Privacy Control signal, or adjust ad settings with Meta and Google as noted above.
• Texts: Reply STOP to any message. Calls/email: ask us to stop at any time.
• Access, correction, or deletion: You may request a copy of, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you.

Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and other states with privacy laws may have additional rights, including the right to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information and targeted advertising. To exercise any right, contact us using Section 13. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

9. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, complete any transaction, maintain business records, and comply with law. You may request deletion at any time, subject to records we are legally required to keep.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children's Privacy

Our site and services are intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
